Author Ethics & Policy

Originality Policy
Papers must be entirely original and must not have been published elsewhere or submitted simultaneously to another conference or journal. Plagiarism at any stage will lead to immediate rejection.
Plagiarism Checking
All submissions go through plagiarism screening tools before review. Papers found with high similarity scores will be returned to authors. The publisher reserves the right to exclude any paper found to be plagiarised.
Citation Ethics
All cited sources must be directly relevant to the paper. Artificially inflating citation counts through citing irrelevant sources is considered a breach of publication ethics.
Author Responsibility
All named authors are equally responsible for the content, accuracy, data reporting, and ethical compliance of the paper. Disputes arising from authorship are the authors' responsibility.
Copyright Transfer
Accepted authors must submit a signed copyright transfer form before their paper is published. This is a standard requirement for Taylor & Francis publication.
Conference Policy
Papers not presented at the conference (physically or online) will not be included in the published proceedings. Registration is mandatory for all presenting authors.
