Dr. Sanjay Mavinkere Rangappa is a widely cited researcher in the field of natural fibre composites and sustainable materials engineering. He has published over 600 papers in journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science, and serves on the editorial boards of several Elsevier and Springer journals. His work on agro-waste derived composites and bio-based polymers has earned him recognition as one of the most productive researchers in materials science in Southeast Asia.

Dr. Mohammad S. Khan's research sits at the intersection of network science, applied machine learning, and systems data analysis. At ETSU, he leads a research group working on intelligent computing solutions for distributed networks and predictive analytics. He has collaborated with research teams across three continents and regularly contributes to IEEE and ACM flagship conferences.

Dr. Lalit Kumar Singh heads the artificial intelligence applications division within the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. His work focuses on bringing AI and machine learning tools into high-stakes engineering environments — from fault detection in nuclear systems to predictive maintenance models for critical infrastructure. He has held research positions at premier national laboratories and brings both academic depth and practical engineering experience to his talks.

Mr. D. Sridurga Mahesh is a Scientist-E at DRDL, one of DRDO's primary laboratories working on missile systems and defence aeronautics. Over a distinguished career spanning more than two decades, he has been involved in the design, testing, and evaluation of advanced aerospace systems. His talk at ICRDET 2027 will provide engineering researchers with an insider's perspective on how national defence R&D operates and what it demands from academic research.

Dr. Ajmira Nageswara Rao brings specialised expertise from the Department of Aerospace Engineering at NIT Trichy — one of India's top-ranked engineering institutes. His research covers structural health monitoring, finite element analysis, and applied mechanics in aerospace structures. He has guided multiple research scholars and published in leading journals under Elsevier and ASME.

Dr. Harsha Vardhan is a full professor and head of the Mining Engineering department at NITK Surathkal. With over 25 years of research and teaching experience, he has built a strong academic record in rock drilling mechanics, noise and vibration in mines, and environmental impact assessment in the mining sector. He has authored over 200 research publications and is a recipient of national-level research awards from bodies including the Institution of Engineers (India).

Prof. Saidi Reddy Parne works at the Applied Physics division of NIT Goa, where his research focuses on nanostructured materials, optical fibre sensors, and photonics-based detection systems. His group has developed sensor prototypes for environmental monitoring and biomedical applications. He is an active collaborator with international institutions and has supervised more than 15 PhD scholars over his career.

Dr. Ajay Kumar Vyas leads the ICT department at Adani University, Ahmedabad. His research spans wireless communication systems, smart city technologies, and next-generation network architectures. He has been involved in industry-linked research projects with telecom majors and has a strong publication record in IEEE Transactions and Communications Letters. His work bridges the academic understanding of communication theory with practical deployment challenges.
