By submitting a paper to ICRDET 2027, authors confirm and agree that:

• The submitted work is entirely original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere
• All co-authors have approved the submission and have contributed substantially to the work
• All data, results, and citations are accurate and honestly reported
• The paper does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Acceptance of the paper for review does not constitute acceptance for publication

Registration fees are charged per paper. All fees are non-refundable regardless of circumstances — including paper withdrawal, inability to attend, visa issues, illness, or institutional financial constraints. The organising committee reserves the right to revise registration fees with adequate notice. No paper will be published in the proceedings unless it has been fully registered and presented at the conference.

The ICRDET 2027 website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KNRCER and the organising committee make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information on this website. Conference dates, fees, deadlines, and speaker details are subject to change without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNRCER and the ICRDET 2027 organising committee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or the conference services. This includes damages arising from data loss, technical failures, or decisions made in reliance on information published here.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to use of this website or participation in ICRDET 2027 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
