After paper review, accepted authors receive a notification email with their Acceptance ID.

Make Payment
Complete the registration fee payment via the bank transfer details or QR code provided in the acceptance email.

Submit Payment Proof
Send a scanned copy of the payment receipt or transaction screenshot via the Google Form link immediately after payment.

Submit Camera-Ready Paper
Upload your final, revised paper along with the signed publishing agreement through the Google Form.

Receive Confirmation
You will receive a registration confirmation with conference schedule and participation details.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Registration fees are completely non-refundable at any stage of the process.
  • Cancellations and alterations to registration are not possible after payment is completed.
  • Payment gateway charges, if any, are borne by the author and are non-refundable.
  • The conference committee is not responsible for additional bank charges incurred during payment.
  • If a paper is rejected after full payment due to plagiarism or policy violations, no refund will be issued.
